September 29th, 2021 update: This business is still a solid & strong ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐. The team & manager Mr. Rodriguez are true & excellent professionals who pride themselves on being as helpful as possible.. This store is always stocked, very organized and has the highest amount of diverse tools, equipment and supplies anywhere. They carry the true professional and technical equipment real professionals need. If you need top quality profesional equipment at fair and attractive prices, then visit and develop a relationship with this store and their excellent team. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ As a level 9 reviewer of 10 maximum available levels on google reviews and maps, I have to say, it was trully an honor and pleasure to write this review of this amazing business. This is the best hardware store I have ever seen. They are also an industrial and commercial tool and part store and vendor. I was shown around this amazing store by Mr. Phillip Rodriguez who is the assistant manager. He was extremely knowledgeable, very educated and had extensive knowledge about the stores amazing products, brands and inventory. Mr. Rodriguez is a top notch professional and I was extremely impressed with his technical knowledge and how he new the brands, tools and products so well. This is rare anywhere in the country and world at this time. I would highly recommend customers work with Mr. Rodriguez and this amazing one of a kind store and business 🥇. With over 40,000 individual SKUs this store is unique in the amount of products they physically carry👍🏼👍🏼. This business and store makes home depot, lowes and other ACE stores look like a kids toy store. Excellent customer service experience. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted and helped right away by Phill and his staff. It was a quick in and out transaction, which was what I was looking forward to since I was in a rush to get back home and continue working. They knew exactly what I needed and resolved it as soon as possible. I highly recommend visiting this location over Home Depot because of the direct assistance available. No time wasted. They have everything you could find in Home Depot with ease of searching for it, so no worries or hassle there. I will definitely come back for any future home projects or urgent quick fixes.

I went to so many places and I finish up the store. They helped me a lot like no one did today. I tried buying some parts and other places and all the answers were no we don’t have but in here they gave me a solution. And I couldn’t believe the type of help they gave me It was amazing. I’ll definitely come back here and I suggest everybody else comes and see their amazing service.

I’ve traveled all over the country and visited more hardware stores than I can count, but this one in Miami truly stands out above the rest. The store is well-stocked, organized, and has everything you could possibly need, but what makes it exceptional is the staff. Every single person I spoke with was not only knowledgeable but also genuinely eager to help. A special mention goes to Phill, who went above and beyond to make sure I found exactly what I was looking for. His expertise, patience, and professionalism were second to none. Phill didn’t just point me in the right direction, he took the time to explain the options, answer my questions thoroughly, and ensure I left with confidence in my purchase. It’s rare these days to find a place where customer service feels personal, but this hardware store nails it. If you’re in Miami and need hardware, tools, or even just some expert advice, this is the place to go. Five stars without a doubt!
